This website is operated by WearAura. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to WearAura. By visiting our storefront or making a purchase, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and incorporated policies.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
Product pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to present garment colors, fits, and fabric details as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur depending on screen displays. We reserve the right to modify or limit order quantities where necessary.
3. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our studio within 2–3 business days, with standard delivery taking 8–10 business days across India. Complimentary shipping applies to orders above ₹499. Once dispatched, tracking information is shared via SMS and email.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Eligible returns are covered under our 7-day policy window from delivery. Please notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, in the wrong size, or with an incorrect product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original brand tags attached.
5. User Accounts & Checkout Security
Both guest checkout and registered account features are available. When registering an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, imagery, typography, logos, and product designs are the intellectual property of WearAura. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.
